Si no puedes abrir la puerta del QOOB mediante la aplicación móvil, puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros al teléfono que aparece en la app y te la abriremos de forma remota.
Si el problema fuese provocado por un fallo en el suministro eléctrico o de la señal de internet, pregunta al responsable del edificio.

If you cannot open the QOOB door through the mobile app, you can contact us at the phone number you find in the app. We will open the door for you remotely. If the problem is caused by a failure in the electricity supply or the internet signal, ask the person in charge of the building.
Una vez has abierto la puerta del QOOB, introduce tu vehículo dentro del mismo. Acto seguido, elige el conector que sea compatible con el de la batería de tu vehículo y conéctalo. No te olvides de cerrar la puerta al irte!
